Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the reserved date and time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests made outside this period will not be refundable.
To process the cancellation and corresponding refund, it is essential to contact our establishment directly via a phone call. Cancellations made through other channels, such as emails or social media, will not be accepted.
No changes or date modifications are allowed after a reservation has been completed. Any modification requires a prior cancellation request and will be subject to our Refund Policy.
Once the cancellation has been confirmed by phone within the established deadline, the refund will be processed within 30 business days, using the original payment method.
Important Note: All cancellations are subject to a 10% retention of the total reservation amount, which will not be refundable.
